Types of Training

    When you train with Helen, you will work together to create the most effective workout routine for you to reach your specific fitness goals. This can be done either through an online platform or in person.

   Helen has a private gym and studio in Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire, where she holds her Personal Training sessions. Perfect for if you feel a little self conscious and no waiting for equipment. (Virtual and outdoor sessions can be held at this time.)

   Each client will have access to their own Portal via the ProPT website and an App for on the go.

Here you will be able to see and track all your activities and results.

   If you have access to a gym or have some of your own equipment then online personal training is the way to go. You still get the same support and structure but you have the freedom to do your workouts in your own time.

Pro Personal Training

Helen provides bespoke personalised training sessions which are tailored to each individual and designed to push themselves to their ultimate best, whilst maintaining a sense of fun and enjoyment on their path to success. 

Helen is continuously furthering her education in all aspects of her field to bring you the best and most innovative training.
